We built a place to hire AI employees, not another agent builder

Every agent tool we tried had the same shape: you describe a workflow, wire some triggers, and hope the prompt holds. It works for tasks. It does not work for jobs. Jobs need context that outlives a run, judgment about when to speak, and a way to get better that is not 'edit the prompt and redeploy.'

So we built Pagerox around three ideas.

One company brain. Your docs, decisions, policies, and corrections live in one memory with provenance on every fact. Every employee you hire starts from what the company already knows, and every correction any of them receives makes all of them smarter. Your fifth hire onboards in minutes.

Employees, not runs. A Pagerox employee has a name, a face, a role, tools, and permissions. It joins Slack like a teammate: answers in-thread with citations, refuses when it does not know, notices what slipped, and follows up across days. Four permission levels (observe, notify, suggest, act) decide what it may do alone; anything irreversible parks an approval with the exact arguments frozen.

A ledger, not a black box. When someone corrects an employee, that correction becomes a named, dated memory a manager can trace and revert. Recurring feedback distills into improvement proposals approved like code review. There is no silent learning anywhere in the product.

The other things we decided early: employees always disclose they are AI. Slack messages are processed and dropped, never mirrored. Pricing is a salary, not a meter: $99 per employee per month, usage included, $249 for a Boosted employee on frontier models.

The first hire is free: one employee, your Slack, your docs. If they are not pulling their weight in two weeks, fire them. We will not take it personally.
