What it does

Slack, in the thread
Mention an employee anywhere it is invited. Replies stay in the thread; nothing sprawls. Paid employees get a dedicated Slack app: their own badge, profile, and disclosure.
Email, from its own address
Each employee can have an address of its own. Forward it a thread, copy it in, or let customers write to it directly.
Telegram
Connect a Telegram bot and the employee answers there with the same memory and the same permissions.
Web chat and voice
Talk to any employee in Pagerox, typed or out loud in the browser, and hand it work the same way.
Ambient initiative, opt-in
Turn on listening per Slack channel and an employee answers unclaimed questions after a polite wait. Disclosed to everyone; off by default.
Never mirrored
Messages a task needs are kept only in that task's encrypted run record, deleted when you say. Distilled knowledge keeps provenance; your history stays yours.

It speaks up when it should

Turn on listening in a channel and the employee follows along. It answers a question nobody picked up after a short wait, flags a reply that contradicts a decision on record, asks the teammate who owns the answer when it doesn't know, and comes back when it said it would.

How much it speaks up is a setting, from only when named to fully proactive.
That setting changes when it talks, never what it may do.
Every unprompted post has a one-tap useful or not needed.
